All the love for these two babes and their beautiful modern wedding in the heart of McMinnville at The Bindery urban wedding venue!

Oh boy. All the words and all the feels for this day. Let me try and condense them best I can. Steph is one of my best friends, so when she asked me to be a bridesmaid AND a photographer, the answer was an obvious - HECK TO THE YES.

Steph and I met in college - we bonded over the struggles of doing long distance relationships, grew in photography together, and had many of wine nights in our cozy home with all our roommates and friends! It’s been an honor and joy watching their story grow into something so incredible, and to witness AND capture these moments was incredible.

I knew from the beginning of wedding planning that Steph was dreaming up something magical and modern for her wedding day. So, when she mentioned gold touches, shimmery cheeks, and all things urban… I was STOKED to creatively capture it well for her!

From rooftop views, drinks at Hey Love, the GREATEST group of humans, and the raddest dance party, it was an amazing wedding day! We started at an airbnb with all the homies, drove around Portland for photos, had their intimate wedding ceremony at The Bindery in McMinnville, and then DANCED THE NIGHT AWAY (literally).

Steph and Collin, I adore you both.

3 TIPS FROM THE DAY…

I. Write each other letters. Find a quiet space before the ceremony to be alone (or hidden behind glass doors so I can take sneaky pics hehe) to read together and soak it in.

II. Get an airbnb for ya peeps! It was SO FUN to have one space where we could all hang out, eat breakfast, and unpack all our stuff for the weekend!

III. Bridesmaids. OR HECK, even groomsmen. Pick a color pallet and let them pick within that, it gives a fun, trendy, eclectic look! Plus, everyone gets things they love!
