This lovely little backyard wedding in Portland, OR was a full of creative, trendy touches to piece together the most beautiful intimate wedding day!

This day could not have been more wonderful! But, let me back track to a year ago, when Lilli’s first email to be popped into my inbox. Within the first two sentences, I thought – “I WANA BE FRIENDS WITH HER!” She was creative, kind, and had the most beautiful vision for their intimate wedding day! She used words like, “I like minimal, earthy, neutral color palettes…” and I knew in a heartbeat that our earth-tone-loving souls would connect!

We had A BLAST at their engagement session at The Painted Hills (you gotta go see that here), and they even brought DONUTS!!! We spent the whole evening chasing the sun over the glowing hilltops, leaving even more excited for their wedding day!

Now, fast forward to August 17th 2019. Walking up to their beautiful Victorian home, you could immediately see all the thought and detail that went into creating the perfect space for their special day. From pampas grass to mix matched ceramics, the design was absolutely stunning for their modern, boho self-made venue.

From the first look and wedding party pics to the ceremony and reception – their giddy joy was overflowing! They made capturing moments effortless as they soaked up every second of the day.
